Promotional pricing, including the $59 introductory session, applies to the specific service described on the relevant page, is available to new guests while spots last, and may not be combined with other offers, packages, memberships or gift certificates unless we state otherwise. Offers are limited in quantity and time, apply to one redemption per person, and may be amended or withdrawn at any time before you have a confirmed appointment.
4. Cancellations, no-shows and refunds
Please give us at least 24 hours' notice if you need to cancel or reschedule. Late cancellations and missed appointments may be subject to a fee or forfeiture of a prepaid promotional session. Services rendered are generally non-refundable; if you are unhappy with a treatment, contact us promptly and we will work with you in good faith.
5. Health, safety and suitability
You agree to disclose accurately any medical conditions, medications, allergies, pregnancy or recent procedures that may affect your treatment. Certain services, including radio-frequency skin-tightening, cryotherapy and ultrasound treatments, are not suitable for everyone and may require clearance from your physician. We reserve the right to decline or modify a service for safety reasons.
6. No medical advice or guaranteed results
Our services and website content are for cosmetic and wellness purposes and are not medical advice, diagnosis or treatment. Always consult a qualified healthcare provider about a medical condition. Results from any treatment vary from person to person, and we do not guarantee any specific outcome.
